Added
- Fasting windows. Pick a plan (14:10, 16:8, 18:6 or 20:4) and when your eating window opens, and Waimea reminds you when it opens and when the fast begins, on that city’s time, so the schedule holds while you travel. Add an alarm, choose Fasting as the mode, and pick one sound for both.
Fixed
- An alarm made no sound and showed nothing if it went off while you were using the phone; it only rang on the Lock Screen. It now rings and shows in the Dynamic Island or as a banner, like the Clock app’s alarms.
- With Waimea open, an alarm could stop ringing within a minute of going off. It now rings until you tap Stop.
- Alarms stopped ringing if Waimea went about a week without being opened, because it only set up six of each alarm ahead. It now sets up the next two weeks, and iOS wakes Waimea now and then to keep them topped up.
- The widget kept the date, and your saved cities’ times, from the last time you opened Waimea, so in the morning it could still show yesterday. It now works them out itself every minute.
- The widget’s list of upcoming alarms emptied after a few days with the app closed. It now holds two weeks of them.
- The widget stayed light after dark (or dark by day) when Waimea follows the system appearance. It now switches with the phone.
- After a flight, the widget and Apple Watch still named the city you left until you opened Waimea. They now follow the phone’s time zone.
- The Apple Watch app’s clock and date stood still, and once the next alarm had rung its countdown ran up from zero. Both now stay current, as do the watch face complications.
